15th anniversary of the ESRB

ESRB@15: May you stay forever young

The Tenth Annual Conference of the European System Risk Board marks the 15th anniversary of the ESRB’s establishment as the EU’s macroprudential oversight body. This milestone is an occasion not only to reflect on the institution’s achievements over the past 15 years, but also to consider the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

We asked 3 questions

In this spirit, the ESRB invited 15 individuals who have played a significant role throughout the ESRB’s history to a commemorative video initiative. Each of them has issued a statement in response to three questions, sharing their reflections on the institution’s journey, its impact, and its future:
