Article 31 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 requires the ESRB to retain information about its processing operations involving personal data, and to make this information publicly accessible. The information that is retained is referred to as records of processing operations.
The ESRB benefits from the ECB’s logistical and administrative support pursuant to Regulation (EU) 1096/2010. The processing operations carried out by the ECB in this context fall under its responsibility. For further information on the ECB’s records please visit the ECB’ s register.

The ESRB also has adequate technical and organisational measures in place to ensure that personal data are processed securely in line with Article 33 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
The records are part of a central register kept by the ESRB’s Data Protection Officer (DPO). The register, including hyperlinks to the relevant records, can be found below. It is updated on a regular basis.
